Binge-watching some of our favorite shows has become a downright lazy day obsession! We can’t get enough of our favorite TV shows! Lucky for us there is plenty more of some of our old favorites and many new shows on the horizon. This week NBCU teased us with shows on USA, Bravo, E!, Sprout, Esquire, and Syfy. While we’re sad to have to wait to watch all the drama unfold, the bevy of stars present made up for the wait! While there’s way too many to list them all ( We were told around 168!!) we caught up with as many as we could to keep you in the know.

Ilan Hall of Esquire’s Knife Fight shared with us some interesting dishes from the show (his favorite was made with pig’s blood) and told tales of kitchen mishaps, it is a knife fight after all… someone’s gonna get cut. E! Botched doctors, Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif were happy to explain how the show really challenged them as plastic surgeons and how not every bad surgery job is fixable. They reminded us to seek professional board certified doctors and of course promoted their new season. Rita Moreno of Sprout’s Nina’s World is excited to be working on the show, but remained (somewhat) tight lipped about having dated Marlon Brando and Elvis Presley. If you want to learn more, pick up my memoirs Rita said, which is currently out and sure to be a very interesting read.

We kept up with the Kardashians, learned about USA’s new show Mr. Robot and talked booze with the hosts of Best Bars in America. Finally it was time to watch the presentation. Hosted by Nick Cannon, Giuliana Rancic and Andy Cohen, we were always wondering what was next. Not only were we excited for the upcoming shows on all of NBC’s networks, but we also couldn’t wait to see what the hosting trio would do. From Andy Cohen’s leotard and onstage drinking game, to a spoof show called “Celebrity Manhunt” featuring a knife wielding Padma Lakshmi, this was anything but boring.

The new shows which will be premiering for 2015-2016 are:

-Mr Robot
-Queen of the South

-Odd Mom Out
-Apres Ski
-Work Out New York
-Tour Group

-Stewarts & Hamiltons

and Bruce Jenner’s new series showing his transformative story

-Next Gen Boss
-Time to Quit Your Day Job
-Pretty Strong

-The Agent

-Childhood’s End
-The Magicians
-The Expanse

and Sharknado 3: Oh Hello No!

Confetti showered the audience to mark the end of the show and ushered eager guests into the best part of the night… the after party. Attendees were able to mingle with NBC executives and stars alike and were treated to a performance by The Prancing Elites Project while sipping on wine and cocktails. Selfies might have been banned at the Met Gala, but at the NBC Upfront they were prominent. In fact there was even a selfie station.

Keep your TVs, tablets and other assorted mobile devices switched to on. You’re not gonna want to miss the new seasons of all your favorite (and soon to be favorite) shows! We guarantee it.
